昨年の夏、少しだけアルバイトさせて頂いていたかき氷＠小金井のオーナー大澤さんが、
カフェをオープンしました！
と言っても今はまだプレオープン中（もちろん普通に入れます）。
正式なオープンは８月１日だそうです＾＾
大澤さんはリストランテ大澤というレストランも営業していて、
このカフェクーラはそのリストランテと同じ敷地内にあります。
この趣のある蔵がクーラ。
奥へ進むとリストランテ。
お邪魔した時はランチタイムの終わりかけだったのですが、店内はまだまだ混雑！
なのでテラスでいただきます～。
テラスもいい感じです。
ぜひかき氷はテラスで食べて頂きたい！
そう、クーラでも去年のかき氷が食べられます。
もちろんレシピは我らが大津さんの…＾＾
とはいえ、新しいメニューも増えていて、どれも美味しそうでした～
（お腹を冷やすのは良くないかなと泣く泣く断念・・・）
ランチがまだだったので野菜たっぷりカレーを頂きました。
ライスがちゃんとサフランライス・・・
大澤さんの意向で、お腹にたまるカフェ飯を作ったそうです。
いや、本当にお腹いっぱいになった・・・！
野菜は夏野菜中心にいっぱい乗っていました。
ルーも美味しくてカンドー！
料理の仕込みは全てリストランテの方でしているそう。
店内が落ち着いた頃、お茶を頂きに中へ。
小さいけれど落ち着く蔵内。
天井には立派なシャンデリア。
梁や壁際に使われている柱に「昭和一六年」などと記載があったりして、歴史も感じられます。
でも、照明やシックなテーブルや椅子などで、モダン且つ新しさすら感じられるから不思議。
ソファー席。
ハイビスカスティー。
３時になったらお店も落ち着いて、ゆっくり大澤さんとまいさんとお話しできました。
うーん素敵。
