今日のカフェ ｂｙ miyu
CAFE ESCALATOR（エスカレーター） ＠ 原宿
久しぶりに自信を持ってお勧めできるカフェに出会いました。
前から行きたかったカフェ エスカレーターです。
私が思うカフェに必要不可欠な三大要素
?空気
?カフェ飯
?スタッフ
これをあっさりクリア。てかそれ以上！どれも素晴らしい～
?狭い店内にうま～く席が配置されていて、ソファーも沢山あって、すごく落ち着く。
ちょっと夜で暗くて分かりにくくてすみません。
どれもユーズドな感じですが、こだわりがあって味もあって良い。
男性スタッフが多いのに特有のざっくり感がありません。
（↑わかるかな～この感じ。男カフェって私の中でイメージは四角。
女性の多いカフェは丸なんですよ～。理解できる人いたらメール下さい笑）
あ、でも女性スタッフもいるから、やっぱりそこは女性の手も入ってますね。
?ご飯ですよ。もうね、全部美味しいんですよ。
フレンチ出身のシェフチヒロさん（なんとバンタン卒でした！）
が作る料理はカフェのレベルを超越してます！
一度フレンチで経験してるから、手が抜けないんですって。さすがです。
写真がひどくて申し訳ない、行って食べてね。
ベーコンとトマト、アスパラガスのぺペロンチーニ。
う～ま～い～
水だことズッキーニのアーリオ・オーリオ。
これも絶品です。
自家製ツナのニース風サラダ“ニソワーズ”
自家製のツナって！すごすぎ！
味も申し分ないし、ドレッシングも激うま！
それから、なんとここのアイスコーヒーはダッチコーヒー！
飲みたいと思ったけど豆にこだわってるというホットにしちゃいました。
少し酸味のある味ですが、さっぱり飲めて食後にぴったり☆
?名前も出ましたが、シェフをはじめ、スタッフさんの対応も良かったです。
色々お話も聞かせてもらって、楽しい時間を過ごせました。
また絶対お邪魔します。
